D Lytle & Associates, LLC (DLA) is a minority-owned engineering and consultation firm specializing in infrastructure procurement, design, management and construction. Founded in 2013 and located in Howard County, MD, DLA professionals have extensive experience in knowing what it takes to deliver a project from the initial planning phase to project close-out. Knowing each phase builds upon the other, we bring our success management strategies to each project. We understand that success just doesn’t occur, but that success must be properly planned and managed.
